Dr. Dave's HCG Weight Loss Program

What is HCG?

Human Chorionic Gonadotropin Hormone (HCG) selects abnormal stored fat and mobilizes it into the circulation where it becomes available for use as energy and appetite control. When making a metabolic reset using prescription compounded, patient specific HCG injections, excess fat stores are depleted versus structural fat (that protects organs) or our normal fat reserves. HCG works on the diencephalon portion of the brain and can also help reduce abnormal blood sugars and cholesterol.

HCG will also help eliminate excess water weight as long as sodium is low. (Salt sensitive individuals can retain 1 liter of water for every additional teaspoon of salt consumed.) One liter of water equals 2 pounds.

 

Dr. Dave uses only pure, medical grade HCG injections for optimal results and safety profile.

  • THE TOTAL CALORIC INTAKE PER DAY SHOULD BE APPROXIMATELY 500 CALORIES.

      It is essential to stay with approximately 500 calories per day for optimal weight loss during this              diet regimen.

  • All patients must be evaluated by Dr. Dave, including an in-office exam, comprehensive blood-work and a strongly recommended 2-week detox program.

  • Microscopic 0.3 ml daily injections are self-administered, using a patient-specific, prescription compounded solution. All patients are supplied with 40 days of needles and the proper in-office demonstration. 

  • Dr. Dave and his staff are available to the patient during the 40 days, including follow-up visits with an end-of-program (transitional phase) consultative visit with repeat blood work. Dr. Dave creates a healthy, sustainable, weight management program to take advantage of the metabolic reset. 

  • Dr. Dave does not recommend anyone using this diet program without having proper medical consultations, comprehensive blood work and the use of properly prescribed, patient-specific compounded HCG.

  • Women should start treatment immediately after menses or at least 10 days before next menses.

DAY ONE AND DAY TWO

  • Take your injection upon awakening.

  • Drink one-half to one gallon of water throughout the day.

  • Gorge yourself and eat as much food as you can throughout the day.

      Don’t worry if you have increased appetite after a few days as this is normal. Fluctuations in weight        will become much less dramatic if you continue to follow a properly designed and balanced diet            plan.     

 

Don’t be disappointed if your weight stays the same or goes up for a few days. This is a normal fluctuation of body fluids and fat shifts. If you get a low blood sugar, use a sucking candy.

 

DAY THREE through DAY THIRTY

  • Note your weight with empty bladder, no clothing.

  • Take your injection.

  • Drink one half to one gallon of water throughout the day.

BREAKFAST

Drink tea (black, green, Yerba Mate, Wu Long, chamomile)

LUNCH

  • 4 oz of raw protein (weigh raw, prepare with a clean cooking method – grill, broil, steam or bake with no oil or oil based marinades)

  • Seasonings may be made naturally with organic salts, dry spices, citrus juices or vinegars. Avoid oils, butter, dressings and fats.

  • Combine with salad or mixed vegetables (no oils or fats).

SNACKS

One small organic apple or grapefruit.

DINNER

Follow guidelines for lunch without repeating exact meals within the same day

  • Do not skip meals.

  • All meals should contain protein and vegetables.

  • Fruit may be eaten as a snack instead of with meals.

  • Take vitamins/supplements/medications as directed.

  • If you get stuck, one day per week you can eat 6 large apples and consume a lot of water to restart weight loss or use equal portions of lean chicken breast and sliced green apples.

  • Walk for one hour per day.

  • Listen to stress reducing CD’s daily.

  • Sweat for 20 minutes in an infrared sauna as often as possible.

The foods outlined here are intended to cause chemical reactions in the body. When combined with HCG, the hypothalamus is activated into releasing abnormal fad reserves, thereby causing dramatic weight loss without the loss of muscle or structural fat.

The body will only release abnormal fat reserves after it has burned consumed calories, so it is imperative that the 500 caloric intake be maintained.

HCG FINAL DAY and TWO DAYS AFTERWARD

Continue with the 500 calorie plan to allow two additional days without HCG for it to be eliminated from the body.

HCG affects your metabolism even after finishing the course of therapy.

*If HCG is used for more than 30 days, a 6 weeks sabbatical or 1 day off per week of injections is required as to not stunt weight loss.

METABOLIC RESET: 21 DAYS FOLLOWING HCG INJECTIONS

AVOID the following:

  • Sugar, dextrose, honey, molasses, high fructose, corn syrup.

  • Sodium rich foods, table salt.

  • Starch, including breads, pastas, wheat products, white rice, potatoes.

  • Artificial sweeteners, including aspartame, sucrose, nutrasweet, splenda & saccharin.

  • Trans fats, including hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oils.

  • Nitrates.

  • Fast food.

HCG MENU

1 meal consists of 1 choice from each of the categories below:

  • (protein, vegetables, fruit and carbohydrates)

  • 2 meals per day

  • NO EXCEPTIONS from the list

One half gallon of water should be consumed each day.

The juice of 1 lemon is allowed each day.
Coffee and tea are allowed (no sugar).
1 cup sugar free Jello is allowed each day.
No oil or sugar – at all!

PROTEIN (2 portions daily)

1 portion equals: 100 grams measured raw, with all visible fat removed

Beef (lean cut like sirloin or filet mignon). No hamburger, marbles cuts, sausage or dried meats.
Lean ground sirloin (93% or better)
Chicken breast or Turkey Breast (white meat only, boneless and skinless)
Ground lean chicken breast or ground lean turkey breast
Venison or bison (buffalo)
Pork loin
White fish (cod, orange roughy, dover sole, haibut, tilapia, haddock, sea bass, basa, rockfish, pangasus, flounder – NO catfish, salmon or tuna)
Lobster
Crab
Shrimp

VEGETABLES (2 portions daily)

1 portion equals: 1 cup cooked mixed vegetables OR 2 cups raw mixed vegetables.
In addition, 2 cups mixed leafy greens can be added to each meal.

Cabbage
Celery
Chard
Chicory
Cucumbers
Endive
Fennel
Green beans
Mushrooms
Onions
Radishes
Soy sprouts
Spinach
Summer squash
Tomato
Zucchini

FRUIT (1 portion daily)

1 portion equals the following:

Green apple – medium sized
½ grapefruit

CARBOHYDRATE (2 portions daily)

1 long rectangle Melba or 2 small round Melba (any kind but NOT sesame)

By following the above outlined program you will lose weight safely and rapidly from the body areas which contain stored fat. The body is comprised of 3 types of fat:

1. Structural fat (endogenous): necessary to give support to organs and smooth contour to the body (youthful appearance)

2. Normal fat: a reserve of fuel upon which the body can freely draw when the nutritional income from the intestinal tract is insufficient

3. Excess stored fat (exogenous): unwanted, unsightly and dangerous. By stretching skin and burdening the body organs, it destroys health as well as beauty.

Additionally, using the HCG diet will recalibrate your metabolism to burn fat and calories more easily going forward – even after HCG injections are done.

The HCG diet may be restarted in approximately 6 weeks if needed – while you maintain an overall diet program with Dr. Dave.
